By using Fikrago Kids (the "platform"), you agree to these terms. If you are a child, these terms also apply through your parent or guardian — please explore the site together!

1. The service

Fikrago Kids is a free, browser-based educational playground for children approximately aged 2–8, operated by Ayoub Zinani under the Fikrago brand. It is provided as-is, with the goal of supporting playful early learning. Features may change, improve or be retired as the platform grows.

2. Free access — and what that means

The platform is free, funded by its creator and optional donations. There are no ads and no paid tiers at this time. We reserve the right to introduce clearly-optional paid features in the future, but the core learning games will remain free.

3. Acceptable use

• Enjoy the games with your children — that is what it is for.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or resell the platform.
• Do not scrape or republish the platform's original content (stories, characters, artwork, audio design) for commercial use without written permission.
• Teachers and community leaders may use the platform freely with groups of children, free of charge.

4. Intellectual property

All original content on Fikrago Kids — the characters (Fizz, Pip, Luna, Zip), stories, illustrations, text, code, design and sound design — is created for this platform and protected by copyright. The names Fikrago and Fikrago Kids belong to their creator. Other trademarks that may appear are the property of their respective owners.

5. Educational content disclaimer

The platform and its blog offer general educational information designed with care. They do not constitute medical, psychological or developmental advice, and they are not a substitute for professional guidance from your pediatrician, teacher or specialist. Children develop at different paces; use the games flexibly and kindly.

6. Your data

We collect no personal information and store progress only on your device. Details live in our Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy & Safety pages.

7. Third-party links and services

The platform links to external sites (such as the Fikrago brand site or the donation provider). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and correct, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit every specific need.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
